Background on Sean English

Sean English has been practicing Dub Leigh's work since 1995 and is a certified Zen Bodywork® Teacher. Sean trained with the founder Dub Leigh, and assisted Dub at Zentherapy® trainings in Seattle, and San Francisco. He has been teaching Zen Triggerpoint Anatomy®, Zen Bodytherapy® since 2015.

Sean is certified in advanced techniques. He has been practicing zen meditation and Aikido since 1990. He teaches Aikido at the Pacific Aikido Federation in San Francisco, and holds rank of 5th Dan (black belt).

Sean English is president of Center for the Way, a nonprofit organization supporting the practice of martial arts, fine arts, and Zen meditation. His teachers are in the direct lineage of the founders of Zen, Aikido, and Zentherapy®.

Sean graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 1987.
